Lifelong resident of Pell City who is very familiar with St. Clair County and the surrounding areas. Blair has been active in the local community through serving on the Board of Equalization for St. Clair County, Leadership Pell City 2002-2003, and member of the Pell City Rotary Club. Awards include Rookie of the Year for St. Clair County, Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club, and realtor memberships include St. Clair Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Birmingham Area MLS. Blair holds a BS degree in Finance from UAB.

After serving as Mayor of Pell City from 1988-1996, Lawrence entered the real estate profession. With many years as a sales manager for an Alabama owned company, he used his ability to communicate with people to help families locate their dream home. Lawrence has been active in the local community where he is currently a member of the Pell City Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Talladega Super Speedway White Flag Club for over 30 years. He currently serves as president of the Lakeside Hospice (which serves St. Clair and Talladega counties); Lawrence is a charter board member. He serves on the St. Clair County Health Care Authority, which leases St. Clair County Hospital. Lawrence has been awarded numerous awards, which include Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club. Lawrence is married to Brenda Fields. He is a member of St. Clair County Board of Realtors, National Assocation of Realtors, Birmingham MLS, and St. Clair County Home Builders. Lawrence has 3 children with the youngest, Blair entering the real estate profession in 2001. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Pell City. His goal as a realtor is to serve people with honesty.

I have held my real estate license since 2006 and I have access to a wealth of knowledge not only from my father, but from the company as a whole. I have lived in this area all of my life with the exception of a 4 year military absence and I now enjoy the activities of this area with my kids the same way my parents did. I have 2 children that attended Pell City Schools and Coosa Valley Academy and we are members of First Baptist Church in Pell City. I find nothing more gratifying than to help a person find the home they are looking for and to aid in making their dreams come true.

Tony was born and raised in Pell City, Al. His parents are Bill and Betty Gossett. Married to Cathy Gossett and has three children; Kelsey, Mitchell, and Brody. He is a member of First Baptist Church in Pell City. Also, involved in youth sports and is a member of baseball and football boards for Pell City Youth. He coaches baseball, football and basketball. Followed his Dad in real estate, often working in family hardware business for several years-“Gossett Hardware.” Employed at Benjamin Moore Paints for 15 years. Been in real estate for seven years.
